We are Léa and Jules, two Parisians who have spent years exploring every corner of their city, not the postcard version, but the real one. The hidden courtyards, the bars that don’t have signs, the gardens that locals keep to themselves.
My Secret Paris started as a private list we kept for friends visiting from abroad. Every time someone asked us “where should I really go?”, we’d send them a long message full of addresses. One day we decided to turn that list into something more.
This is not a tourist guide. There are no sponsored recommendations, no paid placements, no lists of “top 10 things to do in Paris.” Everything here is a place we’ve been to, loved, and wanted to share, the way you share something with a close friend, not with a crowd.
Léa grew up in the 11th arrondissement and still lives there. She knows every café that opens before 8am and every garden that closes before anyone notices it exists.
Jules spent ten years working in the arts and culture world in Paris. He has a weakness for hidden architecture, secret passageways, and restaurants with no menu outside.
